Dear PTA Leaders and Supporters,

Here are a few things to make sure you’ve checked off your list or need to think about this month:

September 30 – 2023-24 Financial Review (audit) should be submitted by now

October 1 – First round of membership dues paid to COPTA

October 31 – All AIM Insurance policies expire.  Be sure to renew.

November 15 – 990 Forms need to be filed with IRS.  Do not delay!

Thank you to everyone who attended one or more of our Fall Training sessions.  Your questions, suggestions, and feedback helped us make the most of the information we provide to you. We are working to get the names of attendees to COPTA for training credit.  If you were not able to attend, we recorded all sessions.  They may be accessed *HERE*.

Please join us for our next meeting on Wednesday, October 30th @6:30pm with special guest Jim McKenney.  Jim is the Director of Family and Community Partnerships for Jeffco Public Schools, and will discuss the Family Engagement toolkit, Jeffco Partners in Education (PIE) platform, and introduce the Mobile Welcome Center.
