Student Rules and Forms

Jeffco will be running Reflections as mixed program this year with online submission of entries, as well as a physical drop-off of artwork for students participating in the county-level art show. Please check with your local school for their guidelines about online submission, and read the information below for rules and file naming protocols.

Students must follow both the general rules and the art specific rules. You must fill in an Entry Form complete with an artist statement and parent signature. Be sure to check with your local chairperson for school deadlines and any questions you may have. You can also email us directly at reflections@jeffcopta.org.

All entries that win at the local level and move on to the Jeffco level will be judged. Five pieces from each category in each grade level will be given certificates and ribbons, and moved on to the State Reflections level. Award Ceremonies are by invitation only. You will receive an invitation for the Awards only if you win at Jeffco.

Jeffco PTA Reflections Scholarship 2022-23

The Jeffco PTA offers up to a $500 scholarship to a Jeffco student interested in pursuing an education in the arts. The student must be a graduating senior, a member of their PTSA and must have participated in the Reflections program at their high school in the 2022-23 school year.
