Rise Above Colorado is an impactful drug abuse prevention organization that measurably impacts teen perceptions and attitudes about the risks of substance abuse by empowering youth to make healthy choices.  The Rise Above Colorado Teen Action Council has created a website with interactive features to support teens’ wellness and potential.
